    Great work life balance

    Pros: - enjoy working here at the start but culture has changed drastically now - great work life balance here and several people are definitely coasting

    Cons: - salary package is not very attractive anymore - product culture very messy & keep changing the goal posts all the time

    Bad work culture

    Pros: Nothing much, beside very laid back place. Food quality has improved a bit

    Cons: Very few customers in India and no signs of growth. Old timers are ruining the company culture. Not a serious place to work and nothing to learn.

    Flexibility, not much else

    Pros: Pretty good flexibility, work life balance pretty good, and company is run pretty lean compared to competitors, so fear of layoffs are relatively low

    Cons: Not a lot of upside growth potential, unless you’re in the right teams. Pay is average at best. Management is so conservative, competitors are starting to catch up and pass us by
