Mixed culture
4.0Current Employee / Marketing Lead
Pros: There are good people, once you find them. Great work life balance
Cons: Leaders (Director+) seem more focused on deflecting blame and maintaining their control rather than solving problems and pushing the work forward. People are nice but indirect and unwilling to have any debate, even for low stakes issues.

Great benefits, WLB, and people. Can feel aimless. Reorgs killed me.

Cons: it’s been 5 years and the direction of my department (Payments) has felt a bit aimless. I have also been part of 3 reorgs in my five years. Each time I am asked to take on a different role than what I was originally hired for though. The...

Management is bad
2.0Former Employee / Recruiting Associate
Pros: People and culture was great. Only had a few run ins with individuals I didnt have great interactions with, but the perks and fully remote were nice.
Cons: Management is bad. You're talking to middle management all the time and they throw all your suggests and ask in the trash. 0 growth potential. Work here if you dont mind staying in the same position for 10+ years
