You Get What You Put In
4.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Great talent and people who take ownership. Young teams (mostly 22-30 ish). Genuinely care about mission, product, and little bureaucracy (depending on team and biz line). Very gritty and gain great amount of breadth and depth in the CS...
Cons: Compensation is good, but arguably not reflective of the effort/hours put in. Long working hours (flexible, but need to get work done) and on call/deadlines. Benefits aren't as great as they used to be.

Working here is great but very chaotic
5.0Current Employee / Business Analyst
Pros: Management encourages rapid career growth if you work hard. Ceiling is very high
Cons: Very chaotic and stressful. Work life balance is not very good. Work some weekends and late nights

Great career growth - really bad work life balance
3.0Current Employee / Software Engineer II
Pros: Work on some pretty interesting products. You do so much in such little time I feel am growing super fast. Compensation is on-par with tech for a defense company.
Cons: Terrible work life balances. I would not work here if I had a family.

Interesting problems
4.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: - Very cool domain and challenges to solve. - Lots of opportunities for massive impact. - Ability to work with the latest tech in both software and hardware. - Excellent coworkers. - Good morale and awesome company culture.
Cons: - Company growing too quickly. Tooling and processes struggling to keep up. - Management competence highly variable and org-dependent. - Benefits and comp aren't great compared to big tech.
