A great place to work….4 years ago.

    3.0

    Current Employee / Sales

Pros: Freedom to coast because our systems are so messed up and there’s no way to report if things are getting done or not.

Cons: Terrible leadership - lots of turnover. Cutting benefits, pay, incentives. Bad AI strategy. Constant flip flopping with strategy.

Good work life balance, declining culture

    3.0

    Current Employee / Engineer

Pros: Plenty of smart, kind, empathetic people in engineering. Work life balance is pretty good, but depending on team and role could be slightly more work.

  • 8. May 4, 2026

    Weekly Departures and Mounting Debt

    2.0

    Current Employee / Software Engineer

Pros: Still pockets of good culture, office perks, some interesting work

Cons: Generally feels like a sinking ship. Departures happening weekly from both new and old employees. Leadership has explicitly said they are outsourcing new jobs. WLB and workload is increasing more to just stay alive than to grow

  • 9. May 6, 2026

    Getting worse by the day

    2.0

    Current Employee / Software Engineer

Pros: Good WLB because nobody cares about work anymore and in R&D people start leaving the office at 4 PM

Cons: Literally everything else. Low morale, people constantly leaving, R&D churn is so bad that entire projects are being shelved

  • 10. April 29, 2026

Good work life balance , too much pivoting

    2.0

    Current Employee / Engineering Manager

Pros: The work life balance is good, lunch daily & people are nice

Cons: The tech stack is limited. The org structure represents the architecture & not in a way that makes it easy to move quickly. Data model is the source of huge problems and the mindset of long time employees is resistant to change. The pr...
