A great place to work….4 years ago.
3.0Current Employee / Sales
Pros: Freedom to coast because our systems are so messed up and there’s no way to report if things are getting done or not.
Cons: Terrible leadership - lots of turnover. Cutting benefits, pay, incentives. Bad AI strategy. Constant flip flopping with strategy.

Weekly Departures and Mounting Debt
2.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Still pockets of good culture, office perks, some interesting work
Cons: Generally feels like a sinking ship. Departures happening weekly from both new and old employees. Leadership has explicitly said they are outsourcing new jobs. WLB and workload is increasing more to just stay alive than to grow

Getting worse by the day
2.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Good WLB because nobody cares about work anymore and in R&D people start leaving the office at 4 PM
Cons: Literally everything else. Low morale, people constantly leaving, R&D churn is so bad that entire projects are being shelved
