Great people, lacks direction
4.0Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: Embraces remote work, and a great work life balance - overall a great group of people to work with
Cons: Overall direction is spotty and inconsistent, frequent changes of direction and unexpected shifts in focus

Poor WLB
3.0Current Employee / Senior UX Design Lead
Pros: Fully remote on your own timezone. Very few meetings, LOTS OF READING and WRITING by the nature. AI could come in handy for scanning through content. Pretty hard to onboard, hard to get out if u once get used to it.
Cons: Great talent, mostly low ego, some assholes like everywhere, constant chaos, and constant ambiguity of direction. Hard to adopt if u’re not a self starter.
