No growth once you are a senior engineer, teams are resource starved

Pros: Good work life balance and parental leaves policy. Reasonable work life balance.
Cons: No growth for ICs past senior title roles. Arbitrary performance review process. No repercussions for bad management. You are not valued as an employee.
