Cons: You have a strong disadvantage if not speaking Chinese .. since last year, all the decision making is from cn/ sg and USA acts as an offshore branch so the growth is difficult

Toxic work culture. Leadership changes very often. Perf review is based on relationships with your manager.

Cons: So much politics. Managers change very often and managers are very toxic and treat people with 0 respect and appreciation.
