Directionless Management
1.0Current Employee / Engineer II
Pros: The gym and the food is very good, and many talented engineers.
Cons: Management is directionless. Everyone is clueless about the state of affairs, and those who do know are lying to the top to secure their job and promotions. The type system does not work, but the old school engineers refuse to let it go.
