Weak middle managers
3.0Former Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: You get to be part of a complex system so you learn.
Cons: Clues less on how to keep growing, so messy leadership.

It’s going down the drain
3.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Decent people spending on the team. People that joined long time ago are nice. Work life balance is pretty good.
Cons: Culture shift has made this worse in the past few year. New cto sucks. No good product vision

Overall a +
4.0Current Employee / Information Security
Pros: Great pay, benefits, office and amenities, challenging work. Work life balance is good.
Cons: Too many people are allowed to coast and get by with the bare minimum
4. April 16, 2026
Pretty toxic
2.0Current Employee / Staff Software Engineer
Pros: A lot of churn with priorities and slow to execute
Cons: Sometimes get to work on cool stuff, else decent wlb and still remote for a few
5. April 13, 2026
Lots of politics
2.0Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: Used to be good WLB. Pay is OK. People seem polite if you don’t deal with politics.
Cons: Super weak managers in my department who were always let go. Hiring is problematic, it seems that we never hire the right leader. Competent people are being the suppressed by these incapable leaders.

Gone downhill
2.0Current Employee / Engineer
Pros: Nice office. Stock hasn’t dropped to under 10 yet. Sigh
Cons: Below market pay. Management is toxic. Benefits have been severely downgraded.

Used to be great. Now it’s awful
3.0Current Employee / Product Manager
Pros: - strong ICs and smart people - great mission to work towards
Cons: - leadership doesn’t know how to set goals, vision, or help develop talent. Lots of useless middle managers that spend time discussing high level strategy without actually moving the needle.
8. April 8, 2026
Pros outweighing the cons
2.0Current Employee / Data Scientist
Pros: - ICs are great and friendly - Pay is reasonable (~75th percentile)
Cons: - Limited career growth - Top-down heavy - Very political and bureaucratic - Toxic leadership - Company is executive and marketing led - Slow moving and meeting heavy culture

Decent place to work
4.0Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: Lots of opportunities to learn. Good work life balance. Nice people.
Cons: Career growth (promotions) is slower than most higher performers want. Pay is okay but you can do better if you’re a high performer.
