    Cons: I honestly don’t know where this company is heading. They use all legacy protocols. Webex is just garbage and god knows why it even exists. Also no growth at all

    Cons: Career growth is stagnant cause people holding leadership positions are just stagnant. This sometimes create toxicity and give chance for unconscious bias
