    Cons: Culture is toxic, and will drain the life out of you

    Cons: work hard. amazing place to grow and learn. i can't think of another place where you can have as much impact. very flat organization and the opportunity is yours to lose

    Cons: Speed is the only thing that matters— speed for what? Does not matter , just get it done fast. A few departments more toxic than others

    Pros: Cash, prestige, learning in that order. People will listen. People will look at your CV.

    Cons: Company is growing so more bureaucracy starting to happen. Not everybody will look at your CV. Pay has been starting to stagnate for engineers.
