Very good teams and very bad ones

Pros: Specific teams have everything you are looking for: high pay, impactful work, good management . The pressure to ship has gone down after the acquisition
Cons: Some internal teams are weaker making your job harder. Also you don’t know how ibm will change the pay structure

Cons: Benefits have been eviscerated. PTO eviscerated. Culture eviscerated. The company is miserable to be in due to everyone feeling checked out

Cons: A lot of potential downsides due to IBM acquisition from reduced comp, mandatory RTO, etc.
