No longer a great place

Pros: Work sometimes is interesting, you can learn a lot depending on your team.
Cons: We got a 15-30% pay cut. Company has consistently getting worse. I have been in the company for 6+ years, and honestly, it is time to go. It hurts me to say this, as I have a lot of love for the company, but DO NOT JOIN.

Culture is getting weird now with the acquisition

Pros: Good WLB, product is good. Comp & benefits are ok.
Cons: Lots of changes keep happening company direction wise. Lack of communication from the previous leadership. Too much admin work and scrutiny from the new leadership.
