    Cons: Late night events are almost required to be successful. Korea based managers reprimand US employees for not being available at night.

    Pros: relative good pay, not having too many meetings. Staff level pay but can act like L4 to focus on execution.

    Cons: stock crashed. Incompetent leadership, out of date tech and infrastructure. Not very transparent policy and no one is taking responsibility. No hope to turn around. If you have better option, don’t join.
