There are good things and bad things like everywhere else
3.0Current Employee / Senior Engineer
Pros: Working remotely full time is a really nice benefit and the company pays really well. Working in cybersecurity seems to offer long term job security
Cons: Management is really poor with things like prioritization and this leads to a lot of cutthroat behavior between teams as well as tired frustrated engineers that don’t get enough credit for the work they do.
