    Pros: Lured in with high salary, tho it peaks there before staying stagnant bc of low band promos. if you've joined 2026 you have missed the boat already (on most of the salary being in stocks that aren't likely to grow, and much lower refresh...

    Cons: Constantly asked to ship faster, regardless of how fast I am shipping. Deadlines made tighter just to fill up more in the quarter even if it means sacrificing health.
