Great product - not so great management
3.0Current Employee / Engineer
Pros: Great product, enjoyed working with my team, decent benefits, access to great tools
Cons: Stock hasn’t moved much in 4 years, seems to be a lot of backstabbing and drama at the exec level that filters Down, pretty bad at communications with no signaling of big changes coming

terrible
1.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: pay is pretty good There are flashes of good engineering practices, although extremely inconsistent
Cons: Constant push from above to rush out features, without regards to quality, reliability, or usage. Deadlines are not artificial and inflexible. On-call is a complete nightmare with non-actionable over-night pages every day of the shift.
