    Pros: I’ve found the work/life balance and flexible PTO to be extremely beneficial. You just have to set boundaries and know your worth.

    Cons: Constant change whether it be processes, priorities or management. Everything is a P0 that needs to be solved.

    Cons: Leadership is undergoing AI psychosis. Middle management is scrambling to adapt, leaving low level grunts disoriented and randomly screwed

    Pros: - will make you into a real engineer. Perfect place to spend your E4 years - scope and ownership are real. - you get a lot of viability into upper management and the orgs are pretty flat - Nice AI tools available with reasonable budgets

    Pros: TC is somewhat good. Some smart engineers are still in the company

    Cons: People are burnt out, management doesn't care and tries to push engs even harder while focusing on stupid metrics: PR count and tokens usage. Many expect layoffs in the near future

    Pros: Most people I work with are smart and care about their responsibilities/job. My boss is great, which is apparently rare here. Should mention I am in R&D org, so my experience may be insulated from broader company culture…

    Cons: Shipping fast is good, but too often judgement is shortsighted, leading to tons of tech debt.
