Pay a lot, but set no clear business goals
3.0Former Employee / Marketing Manager
Pros: The compensation is generally pretty competitive, although it has become worse in the last years. The brand awareness is high and so looks good on your CV if you plan to remain in gaming. Have a generous AI policy with unlimited use.
Cons: The culture is short deadlines, no clear direction, leadership meetings often feel like getting thrown to the wolves. Don't respect any kind of work life balance.

Golden handcuffs
1.0Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: Great pay and benefits. Strong engineers who you can trauma bond with.
Cons: A certain vp is your pm, design, mother, and father. They will page you on weekends for things they don't like and derail any priorities you may have, because they know better. They will fire your pm and tech director every 6 months beca...

Excellent benefits, great WLB, good pay, horrible leadership
3.0Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: Probably the best compensation to effort ratio I've experienced in a company. The best health benefits I've ever seen. Nice people to work with, but some are not the most talented engineers to put it lightly.
Cons: Horrible, reactionary, rudderless leadership. The millions set on fire by our execs, my god.

Declining rapidly
3.0Current Employee / Software Developer
Pros: Good compensation, very good benefits and most people still work remotely
Cons: As chaotic as it gets, unstable, morale reaches new lows every week

No one knows what they are doing
3.0Current Employee / Senior Producer
Pros: Benefits are top tier and you won’t find anything like that in industry.
Cons: Managers aren’t trained and don’t manage properly. You just have to luck out. No career growth.

5.0Current Employee / UX Consultant
Pros: Really great benefits for health care and you get a lot of time off to decompress
