Great WLB but deteriorating culture and prospects

Pros: Everyone leaves work around 5-5:30. The Brooklyn office is beautiful and perks are nice. The people and culture have kept me here for over 5 years now, but that’s going downhill.
Cons: Even despite the leadership change recently, the product vision still seems mediocre at best. There’s a lot of smart people in the room, but their ideas don’t seem to make it to execution, which is a huge red flag that I’m seeing across...
