Pros: The company is good in compensation but is on rapid layoff mode
Cons: Full of cons and Layoffs. I don't recommend anyone to join here.. Join other org at lesser pay with better stability.

A place to frustrate yourself and coast

Gone downhill
3.0Current Employee / Product Manager II
Pros: good benefits and WLB. Some travel involved sometimes if you’re lucky which I was.
Cons: Very political now, quite harsh leaders that don’t really care about you, constant layoffs. Hard to make friends as everyone is a bit antisocial and works in different countries. Hard to progress career.

Good company with bad management
4.0Current Employee / Software Development Engineer III
Pros: 1. Flat hierarchy ( at least in my org). Really easy to talk to all levels 2. Fairly updated tech stack 3. Engineers are allowed to explore and experiment ( obviously as an addition to their assigned work)
Cons: 1. Really bad management. They cannot plan for shit. 2. Very frequent pod changes. 3. No visibility on decision making at the higher level.
