Top tier benefits, not much else

    2.0

    Current Employee / Software Engineer

Pros: Amazing benefits, huge number of holidays throughout the year and lots of additional vacation days. Amazing 401k matching

Cons: Horrible new grad program, low growth opportunities for software, incredibly variable management and WLB, increasingly volatile job security

Good work life balance and benefits

    4.0

    Current Employee / Product Designer

Pros: Good work life balance, flexible and can work from home when needed. Benefits are great, amazing healthcare and 401k. Nice people, opportunities to work on interesting projects.

Cons: Hard to get promoted, can be very corporate with lots of pointless meetings and corporate speak. Constantly changing direction from management.

Warren SWE is mostly systems, integration, test, validation

    3.0

Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer

Pros: Not terribly interesting software work is done here. I can't think of anything else.

Cons: SWE's are people who type on keyboards. You don't code but debug. Or it's in service to deal with integration jank.

Was a good company, but culture is hard now.

    3.0

    Current Employee / Software Engineer

Pros: Still a 3 day hybrid for now. Nice random one off bonuses if you are a good employee.

Cons: Culture is getting worse all the time. Decisions change every 3 months it's exhausting.
