    Great coworkers and cool product

    Pros: Good engineers; good ownership; supportive team. Definitely having fun building tons of stuff.

    Cons: Not competitive comp; management churns and problems; fierce competition all around

    Pros: If you want to have AI on the resume. Some very talented coworkers but they're leaving.

    Cons: Startup pain. Management is poor. Compensation is low and benefits are equivalent to zero. No tech rigor.

    International business is neglected, major investment needed

    Pros: The product is incredible, that's not up for discussion. Glean is getting recognised externally as being a fast growing startup which is creating a buzz.

    Cons: Unfortunately despite the available investment funds, there is major investment lacking in key areas like leadership hiring, and post sales. There is no culture at Glean, except for hard work and growth at all costs.

    Pros: Product is quite nice and has real use. Coworkers are mostly smart. Catered food for lunch.

    Cons: Low comp is a feature the CEO loves. It won't change. There are few perf bonuses. CEO wants good talent with mediocre pay. Bad way for winning AI talent and bad for company future.

    Cons: A bit slow and not good resource management. Too much external competition and not adaptive enough

    Pros: AI native and tons of exposure to AI products and technic.

    Cons: 1. Low compensation. 2. Unclear future 3. GTM is toxic and chaos. Hight turnover rate even the leadership.
