Pros: Smart people, fun office, interesting projects, flexible hours, learning opportunities.
Cons: Low pay, average benefits, hard to get promoted, lack of transparency

Pros: WLB is fine because most of the company is worried about getting process right instead of real shipping.
Cons: Talent is alarmingly poor. No functional expertise. AI is a mess and competition is catching up. Its pretty toxic and the decison making is chaotic.

Good potential but increasing toxicity

Pros: Great teammates, open culture, ok benefits, remote work, good engineering.
Cons: Increasingly toxic management, AI pushed hard with fantasy level expectations, salaries not great, level expectations are insane, senior level is not terminal now, performance reviewing is broken and a joke.
