Great WLB poor comp and growth
3.0Current Employee / Software Applications Engineer III
Pros: - Great WLB if you just want to coast - lots of time off (wellness friday, manager always approves PTO) - good benefits
Cons: - Terrible compensation, bonuses are peanuts - stock sucks, no growth - Very slow growth, hard work is not rewarded so no point in grinding - Have to meet often with people from India so lots of late night or early morning meetings If y...

Great WLB
3.0Current Employee / Sales Engineer
Pros: It was good until juniper acquisition. The wellness Friday is good benefit.
Cons: Pay is not with the standards in the market. Juniper is running the show.

Weak VPs
3.0Current Employee / Manager, Data Engineering
Pros: For some this is a retirement place, for the rest of us is a grind
Cons: VPs come and the good ones leave immediately, the bad ones are there for many years. There is aversion to hear from skips and get a real pulse.

Good wlb , terrible pay
3.0Former Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Work life balance is decent and work can be interesting
Cons: Pay, raises, bonuses seem to all go to higher ups while those lower on the totem pole get nothing.

Great place to be
5.0Current Employee / Product Analyst Manager
Pros: W/L balance, nice people, diversity and opportunity to grow and scale
Cons: Houston is HOTTTT in summer and office is not in the city

Pockets of team are good, but majority is legacy company with standard politics
3.0Current Employee / Director of Business Operations
Pros: Pay is decent in light of work life balance ; the quality of work and recognition is a direct derivative of your leadership team. If one changes, the deck of cards fall.
Cons: Frequent re orgs , revisiting the same ideas and incompetent leadership at large
