Best times are behind it

Pros: Remote work, offsites are comfy and paid for, interesting scale challenges, great internal tooling, forward thinking with AI adoption
Cons: Increasingly political, inconsistent performance evaluations, comp cuts, no real growth path for most, hard to move the needle on anything, product strategy is incoherent, too diffuse and too many product surfaces
