5.0Current Employee / Principal Product Manager
Pros: The compensation is great compared to the market and the benefits that indeed gives apart from your base salary and everything else is really great
Cons: The leadership is said they cannot make decisions. They are always looking out for changing the system. Changing hierarchy is changing the product line changing priorities and there is no proper justification of why that is happening and...

Mixed, progressively toxic bag
3.0Current Employee / Machine Learning Engineer
Pros: Work life balance is solid. Managers will go to bat for you and are personally invested in your growth. Nice campus, decent food, good benefits. Tech stack is mostly self explanatory and pretty convenient.
Cons: Culture shift in the last five years has really made Intuit sink or swim in terms of team placement. AI rush and lack of direction leads to disorganized and chaotic upper management grinder that engineering needs to straighten out to be...
