Pros: - Autonomy - You can decide your own pace. i.e. you can work regular hours or work more to produce more and feel compensated for it - Collaborative environment
Cons: - Can feel a bit opaque in terms of evaluation and compensation

Cons: Comp and levels are opaque for no good reason. I wish it were more transparent, especially pay bands
