Culture Built for drivers
4.0Former Employee / People Manager
Pros: -AI first and driving employees hard to build and think outside of the box -Great benefits and perks for in office employees -Supportive culture, people are generally happy and willing to help each other out
Cons: -Change often pushed out with little warning -In office requirements are the norm and people aren’t happy about it but trudge through it -Becoming a place where there are a lot of approves in the way of getting things done fast

Team dependent. Don’t fear everything you read here.
3.0Current Employee / Customer Success
Pros: I was in the success org pre and post IPO- so that’s the perspective I am writing this from. The CORE product is the gold standard for D2C ecomm stores. Working with customers all day really allows you to see first hand how the product...
Cons: $6f

Amazing culture, company - come to Klaviyo!
5.0Current Employee / Product Manager
Pros: I really enjoy working at Klaviyo! Everyone here is incredibly smart, while being very friendly and fun too. I have learned so much; thanks to my peers, I’ve been able to stay very current with the latest in AI. If you want great coworke...
Cons: I haven’t had any negative experiences - come to Klaviyo!

Awful leadership
2.0Current Employee / Engineering Manager II
Pros: Solid engineers. Hugh scale problems that need solving. Nice office in Boston. Good peers.
Cons: Company leadership is terrible. No clear opportunities for product differentiation . Only thing worse than company leadership is engineering leadership. CTO is young and inexperienced. She does not have engineerings back at all. Stock ha...

Really depends on the team you join
3.0Current Employee / Lead Software Engineer
Pros: Good benefits, challenging work and smart folks. Product has good features and evolves with customer need.
Cons: Poor management and leadership, really insane expectations with poor engineering practices, can be frustrating with constant changes.

Think twice
2.0Current Employee / Data Scientist
Pros: Variety of work, pockets of brilliant people, office is nice
Cons: C-Suite leadership has no direction, insane thrash, strategy is reinvented every 6 months, “hard work” culture is driven by useless fire drills

It was a full-blown nightmare.
1.0Current Employee / Technical Support Specialist
Pros: Some really cool co-workers (but a majority of quite snarky, cliquey folks I hate to say...). The office is huge. Tons of snacks, drinks, hidden speak-easy, etc. Benefits were good for 2 months before they removed them all giving the c...
Cons: Too many to list. I got in trouble for not being on my laptop because I was in the bathroom. Their "Workforce management" org is literally tracking you 24/7 and you get yelled at if you aren't working for more than like 2 minutes you're...

Challenging role, smart people, tons of chaos from senior leadership
4.0Current Employee / Marketing Manager
Pros: The people are incredibly smart, kind, and thoughtful. The team has really invested in more camaraderie over the last few years and it’s paying off. Work is hard, but the team you get to do it with is top-notch. Folks generally like each...
Cons: Senior leadership causes chaos. The roadmap exists but everything slips. New priority projects come up over night, only to be dropped right before launch. Everything is renamed without consultation. The platform is expanding so quickly t...
