Solid company on the right track in the age of AI
4.0Current Employee / Software Engineer III
Pros: Lots of remote opportunities with good pay relative to the market Competitive benefits I'm a human not a cog
Cons: The AI hype and desire to move fast could be more balanced. We're putting too much trust in it and encouraging too many non engineers throwing slop over the wall for engineers to fix and maintain. If anyone can code anyone should have to...

Could use some improvement
3.0Current Employee / Engineer
Pros: - PTO - Friendly people - Decent Compensation - Remote friendly company - N/A N/in A
Cons: - Toxic culture - Bad management - Not sure if we’re headed in the right direction

Friendly people, work-life balance is team-dependent
3.0Current Employee / Software Engineer III
Pros: Interested problems to solve with lots of friendly and smart individuals.
Cons: A lot of non-IC work is factored into your performance. Perception plays a big role in your productivity and output (maybe more so than output). There isn’t much clarity in the way improvements need to be made
