Compensation is below average, extremely slow growth
3.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Amazing work culture, it's a great job if work life balance matters to you. Benefits are quite nice too (free food, gym etc). Very immigration friendly.
Cons: Career growth is extremely slow. It's not a fast-paced company, lots of red tape and very hierarchical. Compensation is low - they know it and don't care about compensating you better.
