Pros: It is overall fine the comp is top tier, and they generally treat staff well while they're there
Cons: sometimes communication is opaque also they do tend to have layoffs but so does most of the industry

Pros: Interesting engineering work. Data driven product decision. Pays good if you join in 2022/23
Cons: Horrible management. Forces people to label data for their LLM as if their careers don’t matter. VP tries to gaslight you into thinking that you’re “doing impactful work”. Extremely wild I wonder how they convinced themselves that.
