Much better than other FAANG, Still impossible asks

Pros: Strong pay and fully remote. People are very smart. Everyone is professional and generally communicates well. I can sleep at night knowing the company isn’t ruining workers’ lives or society. Very, very few assholes.
Cons: Teams run SUPER lean. Platform is toxic. Lots of people are camped out in their niche trying not to get pulled into AI craziness or the business’s latest idea. It’s hard to get anything done that requires cross-functional collaboration.
