Ok, but could be better
4.0Current Employee / Account Executive
Pros: My team rules. I learn from them everyday, they’re brilliant and know how to solve problems.
Cons: I’ve seen far too many xfn team members leave because they weren’t given the autonomy to do what they were hired to do and others get put on baseless pips to get them out. Too many GTM mid managers operating without a clue and no vision.

Great so far but unsure of future
5.0Current Employee / Product Operations Specialist
Pros: So far I’ve loved the people, the work, the benefits and just everything about the company. But with lots of changes on so many levels not sure if I’ll always be able to say the same in the future
Cons: Constant changes that are often negative like leadership, product, and business decisions

Used to be great.
3.0Current Employee / Software Automation Engineer
Pros: Some of the best teammates I ever had in my career
Cons: So many people have quit our team in the last few months because of the toxic stakeholders in GTM. We have shorter leash than people who are incompetent We are led by leaders who have no idea of what we do. People are literally thrown...

Great workers but a lot of change
3.0Current Employee / Engineer
Pros: Get to work with smart, hard working, caring colleagues. Notion hires a lot of great talent at the IC and manager levels. Benefits are comprehensive and office perks offset bring hybrid for the most part.
Cons: There is a lot of change happening, with constant leadership changes, reorgs, and turnover. It sounds like most companies are going through similar, but it feels out of touch when leadership says “think together” and be “direct and kind”...

everything is a struggle
3.0Current Employee / Operations Manager
Pros: great team, ICs some of the smartest i've ever worked with, fun perks and nice offices, free lunches
Cons: constant (and i mean CONSTANT) org restructures, constant leadership change on my team, constant things added to my plate with zero reprieve, recognition, or reward. been scapegoated by my team more times than i can count as the only ops...
