Poor imperial culture
1.0Current Employee / Product and Service Development Manager

Great company, growth and culture varies depending on the team culture
5.0Former Employee / Senior Thermal Engineer

Cons: Lot nepotism and ego around with the Senior members and they are a bit low interest of motive

Used to be lean and mean agile company, lately flooded with ex-Amazonians who bring their style of work with them
4.0Current Employee / Engineer
Pros: Remote friendly. You still can find interesting work and brilliant people here. Still run by its founders and not some psychopath CEO.
Cons: Middle managers are mostly clueless yes people with Bay Area rat attitude. Switching teams internally is more difficult than switching employer. Focals and your perf can be super opaque.

Org dependent
4.0Current Employee / Principal Engineer
Pros: Comp is great and you get to work on cutting edge tech
