    Pros: Compensation is decent, and they offer competitive packages even for candidates who may not be highly competitive in the market. Work-life balance is generally not too bad. In some organizations, it can actually be very good.

    Cons: Probably one of the companies with the worst engineering cultures. Sales and PMs make all the decisions, while engineers are treated like puppets. The product quality is poor, and customers are frustrated. At the same time, engineers ar...

    Pros: Most teams are work from home No mandate to be in office Benefits aren’t that bad for a large company Unlimited PTO

    Cons: Regular layoffs Corporate Politics as usual No concrete roadmap Stocks dwindling down Mostly infrastructure work and less coding
