Pros: Plaid has been a good place to work, been here remotely for several years. Great, smart people. Cool and interesting things to work on.
Cons: Career growth has stalled as managers were laid off or left the company.

Pros: Culture is very reasonable, collaborative, empowering and no bs. Business is growing well. Work is engaging and exciting.
Cons: Comp is less than labs. Stonk is not liquid. Bad discount for not hub locations via zone based comp

Changing fast with AI
