    Cons: Uninspiring leadership and fragmented product vision. Low morale amongst the ICs.

    Pros: You'll work with genuinely talented people. Design, engineering, and product all have strong individuals who care about their work and push each other.

    Cons: There's no clear product vision. Priorities shift constantly, and because everything is urgent, nothing actually gets finished. Work that does ship rarely has lasting impact — it gets deprioritized or quietly abandoned. A lot of strong...

    Pros: We were work from home and were encouraged to take PTO.

    Cons: Murkey product roadmap, bad management, bad culture, very little promotion opportunities, they would rather hire someone new than promote a dedicated employee.
