    Cons: Uninspiring leadership and fragmented product vision. Low morale amongst the ICs.

    Pros: We were work from home and were encouraged to take PTO.

    Cons: Murkey product roadmap, bad management, bad culture, very little promotion opportunities, they would rather hire someone new than promote a dedicated employee.
