Cons: -I have been drowning in workload v burnt out -Company has no direction it feels that we are pushing a lot of AI -we have no resources and makes it hard to advocate for myself here

Pros: Overall people are great, care about their jobs and to do best to get things done well, compensation is competitive enough and good benefits.

Cons: Stability feels not great right now with many different moving pieces and changing priorities. Once and if that dies down hopefully will be better.

Pros: Coming from a similar sized company (also PE owned), the change and my new team have been great. I’m still very new, so I’m well aware that my review could change down the road with more time and information.

Cons: Will update when I’m here for a bit longer. Like all tech companies, I’m sure there are cons but I want to learn more before solidifying my opinion.
