4.0Current Employee / Customer Success

Great WLB, poor company direction
4.0Current Employee / Senior Project Manager
Pros: - Office perks in Seattle (free lunch, message chair, brew pub, games, location, space, views...) - 5 extra floating pto days that load at the beginning of the year - Progressive pto loading after 3 and 5 years, if you stick it out. -...
Cons: - 12 weeks of mat leave, far below tech and FAANG standard of 16-18 - New CEO is a baby, and asked for his level to be "100" and brought all his oracle friends with him while quoting Dave Ramsey. - Bro culture in sales. - Lacking dive...

No career growth and everything is “politics” and about who you know
3.0Current Employee / UX Designer
Pros: pay is good although i deserve to be paid more for the level i am actually performing at
Cons: promotion process is biased and depends on if your manager will vouch for you. You get given the work and level of responsibility you’d get at a level higher, but won’t get promoted to that level. Salary is good, but compared to the amou...

New Hire initial review
5.0Current Employee / Procurement Analyst
Pros: Coming from a similar sized company (also PE owned), the change and my new team have been great. I’m still very new, so I’m well aware that my review could change down the road with more time and information.
Cons: Will update when I’m here for a bit longer. Like all tech companies, I’m sure there are cons but I want to learn more before solidifying my opinion.

Cons: - Strict deference to time in seat for promotions - Manager competency dictates quality of life - Probably a 5 (loafing) to 1 (working) ratio in terms of competent people
