    Good work, bad politics

    Pros: Interesting technical work and some genuinely talented ICs. Strong comp with regular stock buybacks and solid benefits. Nobody micromanages your hours if you deliver

    Cons: Management avoids conflict instead of addressing team dynamics, letting politics fester. Louder, more politically savvy people get prioritized over those quietly shipping. Big promises from leadership weak follow-through

    Pros: Good team for the most part. Pay and benefits are pretty good too.

    Cons: Culture is toxic and political. RTO is tracked and it's become all about showing face instead of actually getting work done.
