Good comp and benefits, good wlb, challenging leadership
3.0Current Employee / Product Manager
Pros: Comp good, benefits good, work-life balance honestly good — much better than any FAANG / MAANG I’ve worked at. Layoffs aren’t really a thing, though performance is important so firing can happen. I prefer this though.
Cons: Difficult leadership team who don’t really care about niceties. Praise is not a thing here. Def feel like I’m on an island but I like my independence.

Extremely poor leadership
1.0Current Employee / Account Executive
Pros: Pay is decent and plenty of inbound activity for sure.
Cons: Leadership lacks general leadership skills entirely. Claims that Rippling “moves fast” when in reality it’s an excuse for poor communication and poor expectations. I’ve truly never seen such a lack of coaching and enablement for the sale...

Heartless and toxic. Be prepared for mental warfare
1.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Compensation is great but comparable to similar companies (E.g. Waymo, Ramp, AI startups). $15 lunch stipend every day. Plenty of problems to solve and have impact.
Cons: $6f

Deal with the devil
1.0Current Employee / Product Designer
Pros: - Compensation is one of the top in the industry - Focus on shipping features
Cons: - Leadership is non-supportive and frankly, dumb. - Extremely toxic culture - No work life balance at all - Very high attrition. In short you are on your own. Even after working days and nights, you can be discarded easily. Either you...

Bad wlb
2.0Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: Good comp, good stock refreshers. Good hikes. Good facilities like cad etc for employees
Cons: Bad wlb, atleast 16 hrs work a day. Randomly high bar for promo.

Been good so far
4.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Only been here a short time, but team leaves at 5, workload isn’t too bad. Tech stack is a pain to work with, but get the impression that it’s improving. Blind reviews turned out to not be true, hopefully it holds up
Cons: Haven’t really been here long enough to have cons yet

Not for Introverts
2.0Current Employee / Staff Engineer
Pros: Good Compensation and benefits. Smart talents around . Good problems to solve
Cons: If you are an introvert, you will be abused or exploited. Managers are biased and tend to get things done rather than doing the right thing. Prioritisation is random and every quarterly planning starts with a plan and ends up with anothe...

Most toxic place I've ever worked
1.0Current Employee / Software Engineer II
Pros: The comp is alright and the engineers are smart I guess
Cons: Engineers are capable but every team is understaffed on purpose and burnt all the way out. With AI you're expected to deliver 5x more 5x as fast somehow despite terrible infra, ungodly slow builds, things randomly break all the time, and...

Think carefully before you join
4.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Pay is good. Smart colleagues around you. Some managers are good
Cons: No real eng culture. Horrible infra. Tight deadlines. WLB bad

Fast paced
3.0Current Employee / Senior Software Applications Engineer
Pros: Compensation and hikes are great. You will get to work with some of the smartest people.
Cons: Work life balance is poor, leadership is not clear with the roadmap
