Heavy workload and frequent late nights, but great team and manager

Pros: My manager is incredibly supportive and one of the best I’ve worked with. The team is smart, hardworking, and very collaborative. People are friendly and willing to help each other.
Cons: Since adopting Claude in our workflow, the workload has increased significantly, leading to frequent overtime and high pressure.
