    Good base salary but no stock refresher

    Pros: 1. Work can be delivered using AI or simply copy pasting code. 2. Govt copy with only focus on making documentation

    Cons: 1. Favouritism 2. Management is utterly shit 3. You won't get refresher only peanuts.

    Cons: Management challenges start at the top. Every executive leader is reacting to Marc’s whim or problem of the day. Definitely the most political and toxic executive environment I’ve experienced in my career. Extreme amounts of bureaucracy...
