Decent for a short time

Pros: They hire smart people and have interesting problems worth solving.
Cons: Their management team is very weak. They also don’t care about building a culture or loyalty in the slightest.

Cons: - Leadership has lost their vision - Overly focused on Beyond, the customer conference, for literally half the year instead of actually building long term useful products or customer requests - Ceiling for how much you can grow

Great place, but weird culture

Pros: It's got a great product, many engineers are at the top of their field.
Cons: Management is a bit odd. Great one day, next day firing somebody. High turnover due to this.
