Good work life balance and strong future

Pros: Generally, good work life balance in most groups the AI groups are intense and chaotic. The company has a strong future with its investment in AI. The caliber of people working there is super high and they are fun to work with.
Cons: Top down leadership with a ton of micromanagement from c- level down. You have to be very vocal and opinionated to the point of being performative to get promoted
