Road ahead seems uncertain
3.0Current Employee / CAE II Customer Service
Pros: Some nice and intelligent people. Decent pay. Most customers seem to like the product but they are the ones using it for BI.
Cons: Lots of attrition. Unsure future with being completely in react mode at this time. Weak management. Office vibe is dead.
2. May 8, 2026
Good company, lot of changes
4.0Current Employee / Sales
Pros: Hyper growth mode. Great product and strong footprint with Databricks and Snowflake.
Cons: 4 days in office is mandatory. Lot of changes as of recently.

Variable experience
4.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Product overall I think is strong, and work life balance in my experience has been pretty good (and when it wasn’t, that was largely by my own choice). Office perks are good
Cons: Losing our top engineering talent, engineering managers largely not great. Never a priority on quality/testing etc so most of our stuff is a mess imo. Product management is lacking
4. May 4, 2026
pretty good
5.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Given a lot of responsibility, supportive coworkers, interesting problems to work on
Cons: Can be political at times, especially with product decisions and such.
5. April 28, 2026
Great growth
4.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Growth, community, ownership of products, and accountability on owned features. People put their best work forward and stand by it.
Cons: Ai product direction started off a bit slow, but has turned around. Much hate around this from those who are blind to emerging cohesiveness
6. April 27, 2026
Great People
4.0Current Employee / Engineer
Pros: Coworkers are great, company is growing but unsure of future
Cons: WLB can get bad at times, company initiatives are always changing
7. May 6, 2026
A lost company with lots of incompetence
2.0Current Employee / Software Engineer

Cons: $6e

Som really nice, smart people. But morale is LOW
3.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: It’s a job. It’s pays. It isn’t too hard and the snacks are decent.
Cons: Not growing much and company doesn’t seem to have a clear path for the future.
