Pros: - WLB is great - Remote - Everyone is very welcoming - Offices are nice and food stipend
Cons: - Projects aren’t too interesting - Pay is subpar but can’t complain with the amount of work

Cons: Promotions are a joke Compensation increase is a joke Incentives depend on a moon phase No reason to work hard - you’re going to have your 3.5% salary increase Not sure what is the management here for - most of the work is on engineers

Cons: Leadership is horribly lost and changes priorities constantly. Culture isn’t what it used to be and barely anyone is hitting goal.
