    depends on the day

    Current Employee / Office Coordinator

    Pros: remote flexibility, unlimited pto, if you have a good manager/team it helps mitigate the mental fatigue… but that is subject to change.

    Cons: chaos. pure chaos. no ones aligned, everyone is constantly scrambling.

    Cons: Compensation comparing to the market has gone down recently, no more RSU’s for average performer

    Cons: Leadership is a mess, regular scaling back of stock comp, poorly handled layoffs
