Team dependent
4.0Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: Pay is good Managers are generally exceptional Top leaders believe in the company

3. May 18, 2026
Very team dependent (as is with all companies)
4.0Current Employee / Data Scientist
Pros: You will thrive if you’re an independent person and can figure out your own projects to pursue. Managers are pretty hands off
Cons: There seems to be a lot of red tape in Eng, everything always has to put on quarterly plan. Not exactly politics but this really slows down how fast you can move.
4. May 11, 2026
Some incredibly intelligent and hard working people are here. Tons of talent, AI forward, and fast paced.
4.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Fast paced and interesting work Operates somewhat like a startup Pretty good comp You’ll learn a lot Remote with little chance of ROA
Cons: stock is volatile so there’s downside risk on TC Depending on team, really high expectations

Company Overall
3.0Current Employee / Engineer

8. April 7, 2026
Org changes frequently
3.0Current Employee / Software Engineer III
Pros: Great compensation structure, good benefit, fast paced environment, individual style of executing projects
Cons: Micro Management, no work life balance, frequent changes in the org
9. April 8, 2026
Remote is nice, but culture and comp sucks
2.0Current Employee / Software Engineer
Pros: Having full remote is pretty nice. Very little chance of RTO. Also, pretty good benefits in terms of tech stipend
Cons: Feels like culture here is kind of toxic and management doesn't know what they are doing. Stock comp is terrible right now as the stock keeps falling. Depends per team, but feels like some teams have infighting among themselves
