Such a rapid decline

Pros: Nearly none at this point. Further commute, more hostile in-office mandates and practices. Lackluster and/or dangerously incompetent leadership.
Cons: WLB continues to get worse. Nearly no support for career progression/growth. AI-enabled engineers means I'm now the PO, SL, TM and TL for the Team, with nearly no support from the actual people getting paid to do those jobs. Constant shu...
